Legal
Terms of Service.
The terms that apply when you use this website and when you engage us for a project.
Last updated: 22 July 2026
These terms govern your use of the Sigaram Technologies website at sigaramtechnologies.com. By using the site, you agree to them. If you engage us for a project, a separate written proposal or agreement will set out the specific terms of that work, and those project terms take precedence over anything on this page if they conflict.
"We", "us" and "our" mean Sigaram Technologies (ABN 13 616 011 682). "You" means the person or business using the site.
Use of the website
You may use this site to learn about us, view our work, and get in touch. You agree not to:
- use the site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these terms;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its underlying systems;
- interfere with the site's operation, security or availability; or
- submit false, misleading or abusive information through the contact form.
Enquiries are not a contract
Submitting the contact form, or an initial conversation with us, does not create a binding agreement or commit either of us to a project. A project only begins once we have both agreed to a written proposal, scope and quote.
Quotes and proposals
Any quote we provide is based on the information available at the time and is valid for the period stated in the proposal. If the scope of the work changes materially, we will discuss and confirm any change in price with you before carrying out the additional work.
Intellectual property
Our website
The content, design, branding and code of this website are owned by us or our licensors, and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them without our permission, except for normal browsing.
Project work
Ownership of the deliverables we create for a project is dealt with in that project's agreement. As a general rule, ownership of the final deliverables passes to you once the work is fully paid for, while we retain ownership of our own pre-existing tools, libraries and know-how, and the right to describe the work in our portfolio unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Third-party links
This site may link to third-party websites and services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Following those links is at your own risk.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where we are permitted to limit our liability, we do so as set out below.
Disclaimer and liability
The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take care to keep the information accurate and the site available, we do not guarantee that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the "last updated" date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
