Before you ask

Questions, answered plainly.

A few of the things people usually want to know before they commission a site, a store, or something more custom. Straight answers, no theatre.

The front desk

The common questions we hear first.

If you do not see your question here, send us a note. You will get a straight answer from the team, not a script.

How long does a typical project take?

Most brochure sites land somewhere around two to five weeks, depending on the size of the piece and how ready the content is. Ecommerce and custom builds usually take longer. We move through the same four-step process every time: first conversation, clear proposal, build in the open, then launch and care.

Do you work outside Sydney?

Yes. We are based in Sydney, but we work Australia wide and remote-first. If you are nearby, great. If you are not, the process stays the same: direct contact, sensible updates, and no disappearing act.

What if I already have a domain and hosting?

That is completely fine. We can work with what you already have, or move it if the current setup is clunky, slow or hard to control. Domain migration and hosting clean-up are already part of the service catalogue for exactly that reason.

Can you fix or take over an existing site?

Yes. Quite a bit of our work starts with a legacy site that is slow, dated, half-finished or stuck with nobody obvious to call. We can repair it, modernise it, or rebuild it properly while keeping what is still worth keeping.

Do you offer ongoing support after launch?

Yes. Launch is not treated like the finish line where we disappear. Hosting, care, backups, updates and the small practical fixes that crop up after go-live are part of how we work.

What does "fixed quote" actually mean?

It means we scope the work, agree the price, and confirm it before anything begins. You are not paying for drifting hours and you are not left guessing what the invoice will become. If the brief changes materially, we talk about it plainly before extra work happens.

Do you build ecommerce stores?

Absolutely. Stores are one of our core wings. We handle the shape of the shop, the product setup, payments, shipping, stock, checkout flow and the practical details that make it easy to run once customers start buying.

Can you help with SEO?

Yes. We cover the basics on every site, then go further when the brief calls for it. That includes on-page structure, speed, technical hygiene, local search visibility and the newer AI-answer side of discoverability as well.

Do you offer payment plans?

For larger commissions, yes. We usually break the quote into sensible staged payments tied to the work moving forward, rather than one big lump at the end. We will outline that clearly in the proposal.

What is the AI integration service exactly?

It is not gimmicky chatbot theatre. It is custom work from the engineering wing for businesses that need something practical: enquiry triage, internal search, document handling, drafting support, data workflows, or an assistant that actually saves time. If AI is not the right answer, we will say so.
